Todd & Raquel's Housewarming Dinner

It’s not often that we have the pleasure of hosting a dinner for one of our preferred lenders. Last month we congratulated and thanked Todd and Raquel for entrusting in us the sale of their beautiful one bedroom condo in Bushwick. Todd works for Chase and has been on our preferred list for a few years. He felt that we were the team that would be best suited to sell his home quickly and a top number.

When first meeting Todd at his apartment, we noticed that he had a collection of musical instruments and equipment and once showcased these items could really give the apartment additional character. We recommended the apartment be painted with a few accent walls added to bet exemplify the size and depth of the living and bedrooms. We brought some of our own decorative items and had Todd take out a few excess belongings. Within two weeks on the market, we had three offers - one over list - and later that season the apartment became home to a fellow musician.

Our celebratory dinner was a tremendous success, Todd requested that we cook at a friend’s house - his colleague and long-time friend had just remodeled their duplex and we must say they did an incredible job. We were so enthralled in conversation that night that dinner ended up with the six of us seated around the countertop chatting and savoring well into the night.
