I met Isaac at an open house when I was first considering buying a home.  I wasn’t looking for a broker, but Isaac’s engaging personality, knowledge and charm made me want to work with him. He immediately understood what I was looking for and we found my apartment quickly.  I had never bought a co-op before and was initially intimidated by the experience,  but Isaac walked me through the process helping me every step of the way..

After the closing, Isaac made me an amazing meal.  He is an equally talented chef and I had a most memorable evening with Isaac, his business partner and my friends. 

I can’t thank Isaac enough for not only finding me the perfect home,  but for being such a wonderful person to work with and dare I say, friend.

I have invested in real estate whenever my finances permitted for the last seventeen years. In the past I generally shied away from broker’s until I had a clear idea of what I wanted and where I wanted it and only then solicited a broker’s help to make it happen.

I met Tali about half way thru my most recent search for a property thru Zillow. I had inadvertently clicked on a box that triggered a call from her. During my initial phone conversation I was very impressed with her knowledge of what was on the market. She had seen all the properties I had seen… and then some… we spoke in depth about locations, pricing, the rental market, renovations etc. We started almost immediately to view properties together. She set up appointments; arrived on time, prepared with all the facts, figures and comps. She was easy to talk to and did not pressure us for a quick deal.

My partner and I finally did secure a two family home that we are currently having renovated.

Tali was a helpful coach and advocate during the entire journey. She was a patient and attentive listener. She generously shared her time, knowledge and contacts throughout the entire process and has continued to do so post closing. Working with Tali was very positive experience. I have recommended her to my friends without hesitation and would recommend her services to a first time home buyers, dabblers in the market and sophisticated investors.
