Michael & Teppo's Trip Around the World
We met Michael and Teppo in November of 2016. Looking to maximize their income potential, they sought our expertise on finding the perfect investment property. In March of this year, they closed on their beautiful two-family brownstone in Bed-Stuy. On April 1, 2017, we celebrated Michael & Teppo's new purchase with a culinary trip around the world in their home with a few of their friends.
Our First course consisted of Argentinian inspired empanadas filled with mushroom and cheese. Second, we headed to Southern Italy for Black Cod, Reduced Tomatoes, and Caramelized Fennel. Third, we traversed the world to Asia for an Asian inspired Grilled Skirt Steak. Finally, we enjoyed dessert with a French inspired Concord Grape Granita and Cream Cheese ice cream.
